Established in 1971, by Mr. Vinod Kumar Bembi (Group Chairman). Our Group has a Long & Proud history of being the only few companies pioneering in Manufacturing of Heavy duty Industrial Machinery and Machine tools, used in manufacturing of sheet metal and forging Industry. With 2016, proudly marking 45 Years of its market presence.

We are proud and an independent company Manufacturing various Product lines across the steel industry which primarily consists of the following:

• RAVI INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION, Established in 1971 is involved in manufacturing of Power presses, Forging presses and all kinds of Shearing and Bending Machines, supplying to numerous companies throughout India several other countries, involved in Auto manufacturing and other steel components
• HENEX TOOLS, Established in 1996 is Involved in Manufacturing of High quality Professional Hand Tools, exporting in more than 25 countries, with manufacturing facility having state of the art Machinery and testing equipment.
• RAVI METAL PRODUCTS, Established in 2008 is Involved in manufacturing of pressure vessels and steel fabrications, supplying to Indian railways and Petro-companies in India.
